About the role

As Compensation Analyst III, you will act as a core equity subject matter expert based out of our Chennai tech hub. You won't just analyze numbers; you will lead global equity plan governance, optimize complex equity cycles, and drive cap-table execution using Merrill Lynch (BOA)/E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley.

What you'll do

  • Act as a core equity subject matter expert based out of our Chennai tech hub
  • Lead global equity plan governance, optimize complex equity cycles, and drive cap-table execution using Merrill Lynch (BOA)/E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley
  • Manage End-to-End Quarterly Equity Awards: Oversee rigorous data validation, grant modeling
  • Consult & Collaborate Across Enterprise Ecosystems: Serve as an internal consultant to HR business partners, talent acquisition
  • Drive Executive Insights & Strategic Analytics: Oversee global HR and compensation intelligence models
