Compensation Manager - India, APAC and Japan

About the role

We're seeking a Compensation Manager to act as the subject matter expert and lead for compensation programs across India, APAC, and Japan. In this high-impact role, you'll own regional compensation analysis, drive execution of key programs, and influence strategy — partnering directly with HR Business Partners, COEs, People Services, Finance, and business leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead internal and pay equity analyses, surfacing risks and insights to leadership; contribute to future compensation strategy
• Own regional execution of annual merit, bonus, and equity/LTI cycles, partnering with Workday Team and People Services to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as the primary compensation partner for local markets, accounting for statutory requirements, local practices, and cultural nuances
• Advise on compensation for new hires, promotions, internal moves, and organizational changes
• Maintain data integrity within Workday; build and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
