Compliance Counsel Asia

About the role

The position will provide primary support for 3M India, 3M’s operations in Asia but may support Global teams as needed. The E&C Counsel provides substantive counselling on anti-corruption and matters related to compliance with 3M’s Code of Conduct and policies connected with the business, market and geographic realities.

What you'll do

• E&C Counsel and contact for 3M India Board and Audit Committee: Prepare quarterly reporting, foster a strong relationship with the Audit Committee
• Third Party Selection, Screening & Engagement: Client counselling, review and approval of third-party due diligence and mitigation plans, compliance clauses’ drafting
• Business Conduct Committees (BCC) and Other Leadership Forums: Act as Steward of BCC and ensure leadership engagement
• Building Strong Compliance Culture: Advise on training needs and developing appropriate content, follow and support execution
• Promotion of a Speak Up Culture and measurement through E&C metrics

What you need
