About the role

The Media Manager will lead end-to-end media strategy, planning, and performance across both digital and traditional channels for the India region portfolio. This role acts as the central connection point between brand teams, media agencies, and platform partners — ensuring media investments drive measurable business outcomes while upholding Mondelēz’s standards for brand safety, efficiency, and innovation.

What you'll do

• Media Strategy & Planning
• Own the development and execution of integrated media strategies spanning TV, print, OOH, radio, digital display, video, social, programmatic, search, e-commerce media
• Translate brand and business objectives into media briefs, channel plans, and investment frameworks that maximize reach, relevance, and ROI
• Lead annual and campaign-level media planning in partnership with brand teams and agency partners
• Agency & Partner Management

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Google Analytics
• Negotiation
• Performance marketing
• Reconciliation
• MBA or BBA
