Content Creation & Instructional Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Enablement Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging technical learning experiences that accelerate the productivity of support and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience creating technical enablement content across multiple formats, a strong understanding of modern learning technologies, and familiarity with cloud, data, and enterprise technology platforms.

What you'll do

• Design and develop technical enablement content including e-learning modules (SCORM/xAPI), videos, assessments, instructor-led training (ILT)
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and learner-centric content for technical practitioners
• Create and maintain training curricula, learning paths, certification preparation materials, and onboarding programs
• Develop support-focused resources such as troubleshooting guides, playbooks, runbooks, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
• Publish, manage, and maintain training content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Docebo or similar platforms
