COS - CEO

About the role

The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or executive support roles, preferably within pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute strategic priorities
• Drive cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, finance, HR, and commercial teams
• Lead executive planning, board presentations, leadership communications, and decision-support analysis
• Establish governance frameworks, performance dashboards, and KPI tracking mechanisms
• Lead high-priority transformation, operational excellence, and business growth initiatives

What you need
