About the role
Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Experienced Professional to join our Commercial & Project Services team as a key contributor and develop themselves as subject matter expert. This role supports end-to-end project execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams through technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
What you'll do
- Develop as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Providing technical leadership across products, processes, and field applications
- Own and drive delivery of complex, high impact projects across commercial, hospitality and Residential segments
- Mentor and coach junior team members, building capability and confidence
- With prior supervisor experience, takes on supervision for small group of people
- Lead timely quality execution through workload prioritization, daily planning, and quality governance
