CPS - Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Experienced Professional to lead complex operational and project-driven responsibilities within our CPS function. This role requires strong ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to coach and guide team members while driving service excellence, process improvements, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Independently manage complex customer projects , designs, quotations, and process improvement initiatives end‑to‑end
• Responsible for team's performance and oversee day‑to‑day execution activities handled by other team members, ensuring high accuracy and turnaround
• With prior supervisory experience, takes on supervision for sizable group of people
• Drive and own service metrics (Quality and Service Levels for the team and support continuous improvement
• Own and lead training , onboarding, and capability‑building initiatives for new and existing team members
