About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience , preferably in Oracle ERP recruitment, to manage end-to-end technical hiring . The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, candidate engagement, and onboarding using Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and ATS tools .

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates along with Onboarding
• Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn to identify and attract top IT talent
• Draft and post job descriptions; actively engage with potential candidates on social media platforms
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications
