CRM & Retention Marketing Manager

About the role

We're looking for a CRM & Retention Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle - from onboarding and KYC through activation, funding, engagement, retention, and win-back. You'll work closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to build automated journeys, optimise customer communication, and improve activation and customer lifetime value.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle across onboarding, KYC, funding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Build and optimise automated lifecycle journeys across Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app messaging
• Develop lifecycle campaigns to reduce funnel drop-offs and improve activation, retention, and engagement
• Own customer segmentation, messaging strategy, communication cadence, and channel mix
• Run structured A/B tests to continuously improve activation, retention, and customer lifetime value

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
