GENERAL JOB SUMMARY Aptean is seeking an experienced CRO Lead to own conversion rate optimisation across its portfolio websites, lead personalisation and experimentation, and increase the conversion of website traffic into enquiries and pipeline. The role sets the direction for how Aptean websites convert visitors into customers and is suited to a senior practitioner with a record of leading CRO programmes and delivering measurable results. 3.
What you'll do
- Build and lead the conversion optimisation programme across the website portfolio, focusing on pages and journeys with the greatest potential impact
- Plan, run, and analyse A/B tests and turn results into permanent improvements
- Design and deliver website personalisation by audience, industry, and journey stage
- Review user journeys, forms, and calls to action to identify where visitors drop off and why
- Maintain a clear, prioritised testing roadmap based on data and expected impact
