CST - Associate - Bill Payments CST

About the role

CST Team comprises service associates who help customers get onboarded on Paytm and help them have a good experience of Paytm services. Candidate has to handle concerns and complaints raised by the customers/merchants on a day-to-day basis and make sure the daily tasks are being closed within the defined TAT with a good customer experience.
