About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive who can be the first point of contact for AMINU customers and help them have a smooth, informed, and thoughtful experience with the brand.
What you'll do
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp/chat, email, and calls
- Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations
- Take ownership of customer issues and provide end-to-end solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns
What you need
