About the role

Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions. Assist customers with product/service information, account-related queries, requests, and complaints. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to ensure a good customer experience.

What you'll do

• Record and update customer interactions, complaints, requests, and resolutions in CRM or internal systems
