Customer Care Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions efficiently, resolve queries, and provide excellent service. What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers
• Process orders, applications, and requests
