About the role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the BFSI sector. Your primary goal is to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
