Communicating with customers through various channels. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Guiding new customers through the onboarding process. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Ensuring compliance for internal and external projects.
