Customer Relationship Manager - Niyo Express

About the role

We are seeking Customer Relationship Manager – Niyo Express to join our team. They will be responsible for product handover, & product demo for our insta-forex products & services, and generate referrals from the pre-serviced customer. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be presentable and have a proactive attitude by owning the brand identity.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers for delivery & fulfilment of pre-booked customer leads for Bank KYC, onboarding & activation along with any other customer query on-site to customer
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure service & generate referrals for all products placements for which incentive can be earned
• Actively participate in all trainings and stay updated on product knowledge & other know-how for lead status mapping
• Excellent communication in English with local language proficiency
