Customer Service Representative - Filtration Products - Delhi, OH

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with customers, outside sales associates and manufacturers/suppliers. You’ll be supporting the sales process and providing outstanding customer service for Filtration products. You’ll respond to inquiries by accurately and efficiently processing requests from both customers and the sales team.

What you'll do

• Work closely with customers, outside sales associates and manufacturers/suppliers
• Respond to inquiries by accurately and efficiently processing requests from both customers and the sales team
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email and customer portals
• Prepare accurate customer quotations, including pricing, discounts and shipping charges in accordance with company guidelines
• Monitor and expedite customer orders to help meet required and promised delivery dates
