Customer Success Executive

About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Success Executive to manage customer relationships, provide product assistance, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both English and Hindi.

What you'll do

• Manage customer queries and provide timely assistance through calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Guide customers on product features, usage, and functionality
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure
• Conduct customer follow-ups, product demonstrations, and training sessions when required
