About the role

Challenge existing workflows and drive continuous process improvement. A successful Digital Asset Management professional should have: Proven experience building DAM processes, governance, and standards from the ground up. Creative and innovative thinker who challenges existing ways of working. Experience developing DAM documentation, standards, and user training programs.

What you'll do

• Define and implement enterprise DAM strategy, governance, and standards
• Design metadata schemas, taxonomy, and asset classification frameworks
• Manage and optimize DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Build scalable DAM processes and operating models from the ground up
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and lead DAM best-practice adoption
