What you'll do

• Map key customers and stakeholders in India's Data Center ecosystem, including hyperscalers, server/networking OEMs, ODMs, EMS/CM partners, and component convertors
• Serve as the technical interface for customers on next-gen interconnect and performance material needs, covering evolving standards such as PCIe, UEC, UALink, NVLink
• Bridge customer needs with 3M's technology roadmap to position future-proof, scalable solutions across copper and optical interconnect, thermal management
• Own and execute the commercial sales plan for the Data Center vertical in India, including account-level forecasting, pipeline management
