Debt Fundraising Manager

About the role

This is a middle office role. Have run or meaningfully supported raises from banks, NBFCs or funds, and can talk credibly about term sheets, covenants, security structures and what makes a credit committee say yes CA or MBA from a reputed institution. Sharp financial modelling and analytical skills; fluency with lending metrics

What you'll do

• Develop and execute debt fundraising strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Prepare financial models and business presentations for investors
• Coordinate due diligence processes with financial institutions
• Track market trends and identify potential funding opportunities

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Treasury
• Due diligence
• Financial modelling
• Communication
• Chartered Accountant or MBA

Good to have
