Deployment Associate - Field Operations

About the role

Human Archive runs large-scale field deployments to collect egocentric robotics data. We are hiring a Deployment Associate to be our person on the ground at every site.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the task and activity taxonomy for each deployment - the breakdown of tasks, sub-tasks, objects, and environments being captured
• Study the site's real workflows and translate them into a clear, consistent, collectable structure
• Keep naming conventions, labels, and category definitions consistent across sites, days, and operators
• Flag gaps, overlaps, and ambiguous categories, and refine the taxonomy as new environments are onboarded
• Act as site lead for the deployment - first point of contact for the client site, the workers, and the internal team

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Excel
• Reporting
• SOP writing
• B.Tech or B.E.
