Deputy Manager - Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to drive both new business acquisition (Hunting) and growth of existing accounts (Farming) in the digital payments and Payment Gateway space. The role involves acquiring new merchants/businesses, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with decision-makers.

What you'll do

• Drive new merchant/client acquisition through prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure
• Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and revenue expansion
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations
• Understand client payment requirements and recommend suitable Payment Gateway and digital payment solutions
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and account growth
