Deputy Manager - GST

About the role

Responsible for end‑to‑end GST compliance and reporting, including timely and accurate filing of monthly and annual returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, GSTR‑9 & 9C). Ensure robust Input Tax Credit (ITC) tracking, IMS actions, reconciliation with 2B data, and resolution of discrepancies and pending actions. Handle division‑wise GST accounting entries in SAP, perform periodic GST related GL reconciliations, and provide data for MIS and statutory audits.

What you'll do

• Preparation and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings including Input Tax Credit mismatches
• Track and report unresolved items with escalation where necessary
• Perform IMS activity, including invoice validation and matching
• Ensure correct classification of product across divisions
• Coordinate with accounting team to take necessary actions on pending items on timely basis
