About the role

The Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of employee wellbeing initiatives across the organization, ensuring seamless execution, strong vendor governance, and a high-quality employee experience. The role will serve as the central point of contact for wellbeing programs, external partners, and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and execute organization-wide wellbeing programs, campaigns, workshops, webinars, and engagement initiatives
• Manage relationships with wellbeing vendors, EAP providers, healthcare partners, and wellness platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service standards
• Track program participation,utilization, employee feedback, and vendor performance
• Prepare periodic dashboards, reports, and insights for HR leadership
• Manage program calendars, communications,logistics, and stakeholder coordination across locations
