Deputy Registrar (HR)

About the role

He/she will be responsible for employee’s career development, contributing to the conception, implementation and follow up of policy documents and implementing procedures related to recruitment, personnel management and HR operations at all the Campuses. Due to sensitivity of the job, a high degree of confidentiality is required from successful candidate.

What you'll do

• Responsible for employee’s career development, contributing to the conception
• Providing guidance to the Heads in the setting up and regular update of job descriptions
• Establishing effective job related and personal objectives, advising on appropriate and coordinated follow up
• Drafting, revising and monitoring HR policies, orientation documents, and internal rules and implementing procedures in close coordination with all the sectors
• Contributing to the planning and follow up of the personnel budget

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• HRMS

• BBA or MBA
