DGM/GM- Digital Marketing

About the role

6-10+ years of experience across Consumer Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Engagement, or Digital Growth functions. Proven success in customer cohort management, retention strategy, frequency growth, loyalty programmes, and customer lifecycle development. Experience within consumer-facing industries such as E-commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C, Retail, Consumer Technology, or Digital Platforms.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end digital growth strategy
• Own a high-impact revenue-driving function
• Define customer segments and create strategies that move consumers from infrequent purchasers to loyal, high-frequency buyers
• Develop programmes that increase active customer numbers, purchase frequency, wallet share, and retention
• Drive cross-category adoption by identifying customer needs, category affinities, and behavioural triggers
