Digital Campaign Specialist

About the role

This is an exciting and challenging role with the opportunity to create an impact on the growth of a global brand in the APMEA region. You will be responsible for driving digital marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate must have at least one year hands-on practical experience in digital campaigns and know how to use at least one CRM platform.

What you'll do

• Own and manage outbound campaigns such as welcome emails, trigger emails, nurturing emails across Asia Pacific ex
• China from end-to-end – design and setup of campaign canvas on email automation platform, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure campaign objectives are met and messaging is consistent
• Build and optimize landing pages with Eloqua forms using Adobe Experience Manager
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports, analyzing key insights and identifying opportunities for optimization
