Digital Solutions Manager (Recruiting Tech & Learning Platforms)

About the role

This role is foundational to how Okta scales its recruiting and learning capabilities. You will build and maintain the systems that enable efficient hiring, effective learning, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, user experience, and the company's ability to grow with the right talent and capabilities.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary SME across ATS, CRM, LMS and AI tools
• Design scalable, future-ready architectures, evaluate emerging technologies
• Integrations, Automation & Optimization: Partner with Technology teams to define requirements for integrations across systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines
• Drive automation of manual processes across recruiting and learning workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead
• Lead the business side of system implementations—including requirements gathering, process mapping, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
