About the role

Strategize the business strategy with the distributors - products, pricing, sales across locations, events, etc. Suggest pricing changes and do impact analysis of pricing models so that the overall objective of the firm is met. Independently plan and suggest strategic initiatives. Financial advisory linked qualifications such as CFA/ CFP are preferred.

What you'll do

• Manage the key distributor relationships - research, product, and sales strategy teams centrally for all national distributors
• Drive projects and initiatives to manage and develop the central gatekeeper relationships across NDs
• Achieve and exceed the sales target of the retail distribution for the assigned set of relationships, along with the regional sales teams
• Coordinate the execution of sales strategy with the regional teams internally
