Director, India Corporate Operations

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, operationally excellent leader to build and lead the Corporate Operations function for Scopely India. This leadership role is central to maintaining and evolving the cultural foundation of the company, shaping our presence and perception in India, and ensuring operational excellence in collaboration with its local and global counterparts.

What you'll do

• Culture & Employee Experience
• Design and run programs that build connection, belonging, and engagement across teams and disciplines (e.g., Product, Engineering, Design, Art)
• Design, convene, and execute internal community-building forums — all-hands meetings, celebration moments, knowledge-sharing and innovation events, hackathons
• Partner with People and Talent Acquisition to improve the employee experience from onboarding through career growth
• Measure organizational health through annual employee engagement data and drive action on what it shows
