About the role

Expertise across Employee Central and multiple Talent Management modules. Deep understanding of hire-to-retire processes, talent management, workforce planning, analytics, and payroll operations. SAP SuccessFactors certifications and PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are desirable. Opportunity to lead a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation and HR digital agenda.

What you'll do

• Shape the future HR technology strategy for a complex regional business
• Develop and execute a multi-year People Technology roadmap aligned with regional and global transformation priorities
• Lead the end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors landscape, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Succession & Development
• Drive platform stabilization, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement following major system rollouts
• Manage HR technology integrations across payroll, finance, IT, and other business-critical systems
