Director Product Management (Maintenance)

About the role

The Director – Product Management will own and scale a maintenance product portfolio, driving innovation, frontline productivity, and business outcomes for enterprise customers in asset‑intensive industries. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands‑on execution across discovery, delivery, GTM, and stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for a maintenance product suite, ensuring scalability, usability, and measurable impact on frontline productivity and business KPIs
• Drive the full product lifecycle: customer discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, execution with engineering
• Collaborate closely with customers, sales, CS, and implementation teams to identify problems, validate solutions
• Define and track product success metrics, leveraging data to drive decisions on feature enhancements, deprecations, and long‑term investments
• Partner with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, demos, and enablement for enterprise customers in maintenance / operations / FinTech / AR domains as applicable
