Distribution Manager, South Asia

About the role

We’re looking to recruit a Distribution Manager, South Asia (based in Mumbai), reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, who is based in Mumbai

What you'll do

• Partner with our distribution partners, their teams, and end customers to achieve metrics that drive sustainable growth
• This position offers excellent growth potential because of its impact on regional P&L, exposure to internal & external relationships, and overall visibility
• Contribute to the development and execution of regional distribution growth plans through distribution partners in alignment with commercial priorities
• Own the strategic relationships with our distribution partners to drive alignment, collaboration, and business performance
• Monitor and improve distributor performance against agreed sales, margin, pipeline, portfolio, and customer development objectives
