What you'll do

• Help us make that step unforgettable
• Organize and host events, from campus sessions to hackathons and Q&As, that feel authentic, informative, and inclusive rather than performative
• Keep the Engine Running Smoothly Manage the moving pieces of high-volume campus hiring drives with clarity and care: interview schedules, panel preparation, ATS updates
• Help create a warm environment where early talent feels comfortable asking questions, learning, and finding their footing
• Keep an intentional lens on inclusion, ensuring opportunities are accessible and fair to candidates from all backgrounds
