What you'll do

• Conduct fair, objective and thorough workplace investigations involving allegations of employee misconduct, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation
• Manage investigations from initial assessment through interviews, evidence review, findings, recommendations, documentation and closure
• Manage and support domestic enquiry processes, including matters involving workmen, consistent with applicable processes and principles of natural justice
• Provide Employee Relations guidance to HR and business leaders on complex matters including disciplinary action, performance management, termination, restructuring
• Prepare clear and comprehensive investigation reports, findings, notices, statements, enquiry reports and other formal ER documentation
