What you'll do

  • Lead and manage a team of FDEs, setting clear priorities, driving execution, and maintaining a high bar for customer delivery
  • Own the end-to-end success of strategic enterprise deployments - from scoping and solution design to launch, adoption, and expansion
  • Work directly with enterprise stakeholders and CXOs to understand business objectives, define success metrics, and communicate progress
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear execution plans across FDE, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Review deployment strategies, solution architecture, agent performance, and customer outcomes to ensure quality and scalability

What you need
