Enterprise Sales and Business Development

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling solutions rather than products and can navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. You will work closely with the Founders Office, GTM, and product teams to identify customer needs, shape solution narratives, and close strategic deals. The focus is on creating long-term partnerships by solving real business problems using Skylark’s drone and software solutions.

What you'll do

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with enterprise customers across multiple industries
• Understand customer pain points and translate them into tailored drone and software-led solutions
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover
• Work closely with GTM, solutions, and product teams to build strong value propositions
• Develop and present CXO-ready pitches focused on ROI, scalability, and business impact
