About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage billing and collections for Government Ads business. The role involves working closely with state departments, ministries, DIPRs, and PSUs to ensure timely invoice submission and collections. This is an execution-heavy role requiring frequent travel for physical documentation and follow-ups.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end billing and collections for Government Ads campaigns
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice submission as per government processes
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Ops) for documentation and compliance
• Handle physical submission of bills to state departments, DIPRs, ministries, and PSUs
• Track receivables and drive timely collections and reconciliations
