Ex/Sr. Ex Inbound Logistics

About the role

The Inbound Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end inbound material flow at the e-waste recycling warehouse — from unloading of incoming e-waste consignments through documentation verification, segregation, GRN creation, bar coding, palletization, ERP data entry, put-away, and onward material transfer to production/dismantling lines.

What you'll do

• Unloading & Receipt of Inbound Material
• Supervise/execute safe unloading of consignments (trucks/containers etc) at the warehouse
• Coordinate with transporters, security, and weighbridge for vehicle entry, tare/gross weight capture, and unloading sequence
• Conduct preliminary visual check of load for damage, spillage, or mismatch against the delivery challan/invoice
• Verify inbound documents — invoice, e-way bill, Form 6/movement document, EPR/authorization certificates, weighment slips, and vendor PO
