Executive - Accounts Payable

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with a strong background in commerce and proficiency in tallying financial data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, and facilitating smooth interactions between the client and the company.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain Material Balance reporting and BMC Sales
• Communicate effectively with the Internal departments, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries
• Provide support regarding invoicing, E-way Bill, Milk Purchase entries & Sales entries
• Assist in the preparation of the BMC Report and the MB report
• Preparation of Milk payment sheets and reconciliation of the four-day sheets

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Accounts payable
• Tally
• Financial reporting
• Accounting
• Reconciliation
• GST e-way bill
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or B.Com
