Executive-Accounts Receivable

About the role

Responsible for managing and controlling the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate customer balances, timely receipt accounting, effective collection monitoring, receivables reconciliation, and ageing management.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end receivables process, including customer ledger scrutiny, receipt accounting, reconciliation, and ageing
• Maintain strong control over customer receipts, ensuring timely identification, accounting, and allocation against customer/invoice balances
• Prepare and monitor customer-wise receivables ageing, identifying overdue and high-risk balances
• Conduct regular receivables reconciliation between customer ledgers, bank receipts, invoices, credit notes, and other adjustments
• Monitor and clear unallocated receipts, customer advances, and long- pending reconciliation items
