Executive Assistant to MD

About the role

A successful Executive Assistant to MD should have: A strong educational background, with a degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Prior experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role, ideally within the financial services or investment banking sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What you'll do

• Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
• Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
• Ensure smooth communication between the MD and other departments within the organisation
