  • Coordinate and manage India statutory audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements
  • Support and coordinate overseas/local audits across multiple entities and locations
  • Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation required by auditors
  • Drive and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  • Ensure timely preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations
