Executive Director - KYC / AML Operations

About the role

As an Executive Director – KYC / AML Operations (WKO EMEA Production, India) in Wholesale KYC Operations, EMEA Production , you will lead teams across Hyderabad and Bengaluru supporting Europe (including the Middle East and Africa) to deliver high-quality Know Your Client renewals and onboarding. You will drive day-to-day execution through a clear operating rhythm, disciplined performance management, and transparent reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead the India Europe Wholesale Know Your Client renewal organization with shared accountability for strategy, performance, risk and controls
• Own Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Client operational outcomes for the Europe book of work, including quality, timeliness, capacity management, and client experience
• Establish a clear operating rhythm across planning, prioritization, check-ins, governance routines, and performance reporting
• Partner with Middle Office, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to deliver strong onboarding and renewal experiences
• Serve as a senior escalation point for Know Your Client and Anti-Money Laundering issues, ensuring effective triage, root-cause analysis, and timely remediation
