About the role

This position requires a deep understanding of client invoicing requirements, including various scenarios and compliance regulations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely billing processes, maintain strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee the billing process, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing disputes
• Collaborate with the relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of GST portal submissions and IRN generation via ERP
• Maintain and update billing records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Analyze and report on billing trends, providing insights to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction
• Liaise with clients to address billing inquiries and provide timely resolutions
