About the role

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of payments, reconciliations, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards
• Process expense vouchers and vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors after proper verification and approvals
• Pass appropriate accounting entries based on invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Perform party ledger reconciliation and other assigned reconciliations on a regular basis
