Executive- HR

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, full & final settlements, employee database management, compliance documentation, and exit formalities.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end Full & Final (F&F) settlements including clearances, calculations, recoveries, and coordination with payroll vendor & finance
• Track resignations, confirm LWDs, issue acceptance emails, and manage exit documentation
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs (salary, leave encashment, gratuity, reimbursements, recoveries)
• Coordinate onboarding formalities including documentation, appointment letters, ID cards, and HRMS updates
• Maintain employee master database in HRMS & CRM; ensure data accuracy and system sync
